About The Event
We're honored to have Corporal Bill Prater as our special speaker for the day. He's an evangelist from Fellowship Baptist Church in Liberal, KS. In addition to his ministry, Bro. Prater also serves the community of Liberal as a board member and facilitator for the Leadership Enrichment and Development group, and as a chaplain and patrol officer for the Liberal Police Dept. In 2022, he was given the Officer of the Year Award by his fellow officers. You'll be encouraged by his message!
